With AvancePaint, you can create pictures from scratch or beautify an existing image. AvancePaint has all the functions of MS paint with a little more user-friendly approach which makes it relatively easy to use and learn. AvancePaint offers a variety of textures and a complete set of realistic filters which can enhance the beauty or clarity of existing images. You can also edit images, resize or rotate them, add borders or rounded corners. You also can adjust brightness or contrast of an image. It offers user-selectable compression quality and user selectable transparent color for saving JPGs and GIFs respectively. 

Other functionalities supported are basic editing operations (cut, copy, paste), export to different image formats, zoom in or out, and the list will go on and on.
